I'm Shuan Yang, a first-year phd student at College of Integrated Circuits and Micro-Nano Electronics, Fudan University majoring in Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering.

I'm honored to work with Prof. Chixiao Chen at CiH Lab, Fudan University State Key Laboratory of Integrated Chips and System.

My research interests lie in computer architecture and efficient AI.

NS-FPS: Accelerating Farthest Point Sampling via Neighbor Search in Large-Scale Point Clouds

We propose NS-FPS, a soft-hardware co-designed accelerator that transforms the FPS (Farthest Point Sampling) problem in point cloud processin into a neighbor search problem, reducing the complexity from O(N2) to (Nlog N).
